Thoughtful storage design starts with understanding everyday life.
Sumiyo is a custom storage designer serving Las Vegas homeowners. She designs closets, pantries, home offices, bedrooms, garages, and other organized spaces around the way each client lives.
Her work begins with listening. How does your household move through the space? What feels cluttered, inconvenient, or unfinished? What should the room make easier every day? From there, Sumiyo turns your routines, space constraints, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences into a clear, practical design direction.
A client-first process, from the first conversation forward.
With a background in consultative design, client communication, and project coordination, Sumiyo brings structure to what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming decision. She develops detailed AutoCAD plans and guides clients through the consultation, design presentation, revisions, and project coordination with clear communication along the way.
Sumiyo has worked with residential clients in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and her experience living and working in the United States and Japan brings a thoughtful, attentive perspective to every client relationship. She is fluent in English and Japanese.
Design that earns its place in your day.
For Sumiyo, the best storage design is not simply more storage. It is a space that feels easier to use, calmer to come home to, and genuinely suited to the people who use it. Every detail should support daily routines while still reflecting the look and feeling you want in your home.
- Designed around real routines, not a one-size-fits-all layout.
- Practical in every detail, from how a space is used to how it is organized.
- Beautiful enough to enjoy every day, with function and personal style working together.
Let’s design a space that works beautifully for you.
Whether you are rethinking a closet, pantry, garage, home office, bedroom, or another part of your home, Sumiyo would love to learn what you need from the space.
